Laminator(层压机)

SMW offers automated photovoltaic laminator with an active surface of 2,100mm x 3,600mm. This laminator binds multiple layers of material together with thermoplastic or thermosetting films such as ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) polymer. The processing chamber of laminator has temperature, vacuum and atmospheric pressure capabilities, which are independently controlled to provide optimum processing conditions for ranged modules with particular materials and configurations.

MEGALAM-2136 Vacuum Laminator can be integrated into the fully-automated module production line, also can be operated in manual mode. In automatic mode, a programmed process sequence consistently produces high quality modules

and in manual mode, the controls can be operated as desired.
