Physical and chemical properties：
Tripotassium phosphate is a colorless orthorhombic crystal system, existing as white crystals or powder with a density of 2.564 g/cm³. It has a melting point of 1340°C, is soluble in water but insoluble in alcohol, and is highly corrosive with strong hygroscopicity.
Applications：
Tripotassium phosphate is mainly used in the preparation of softeners, shaping agents,leavening agents, seasonings, chemical reagents, pharmaceuticals, meat binders, liquid soaps, etc. It is also used in the production of high-quality paper and phosphorus-potassium fertilizers.

Transportation conditions: It is strictly prohibited to mix and transport with oxidants, acids, edible chemicals, etc. During transportation, exposure to sunlight, rain, and high temperatures should be prevented. The vehicle should be cleaned after transportation. For road transportation, it shall follow the specified route. Air transportation: Tripotassium phosphate can be handled under ordinary cargo conditions.
Storage conditions: It should be stored in a cool and dry place. Attention should be paid to protecting it from sunlight, moisture and package damage. It is recommended to stack it on shelves or single-layer pallets.
Shelf life: Under the above storage and transportation conditions, the shelf life is 12 months.
