Product description

Physical and chemical properties:

The aqueous solution of TKPP is a colorless and transparent liquid. Its relative density is 1.6 - 1.7 g/cm³. It can form chelates with heavy metal ions.

Applications

The 60% aqueous solution of potassium pyrophosphate (KTPP) is mainly used in metal surface treatment, macroelement water-soluble fertilizers, and has a high complexing capacity for metal ions. Pyrophosphate can form stable complexes with calcium ions in water, which can soften hard water, improve detergency, remove dirt, form a protective layer on metal surfaces, and enhance corrosion resistance. It is widely used in the industries of industrial component cleaning and metal pretreatment. This solution is clear without impurities or precipitates, with excellent stability, and no hydrolysis will occur within one year. It meets world-class standards.
